The tough yet flexible design clamps to cargo racks, frame rails and tubing 1/2″ to 1″ in diameter and also attaches to flat surfaces. The unit features a heavy-duty steel core to hold rifles, bows, fishing rods, shovels and other gear and tools with ease.
